IN-STOCK ITEMS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the link in the email. In-stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
The shipping time for out-of-stock items may vary depending on the production period. If the item you wish to order is not in stock, you can place a pre-order by contacting a Yesh Jewellery representative at info@yeshjewellery.com.

RETURN - REFUND - EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
GENERAL:
1. According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers do not have the right to exchange or return goods purchased in cash from stores or workplaces if there is no defect in the goods.
2. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
3. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
4. The shipping cost for product delivery is charged as indicated on the top banner of the website's homepage. For domestic and international purchases above the specified minimum amount, the shipping cost is borne by the SELLER.
For purchases below the specified minimum amount, the shipping cost is borne by the BUYER. For international express shipments, the shipping cost is always borne by the BUYER, regardless of the amount. Please check the amount stated in the announcement on the homepage before making a purchase.
5. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, without exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
6. The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificate, user manual, and other documents, if any.
7. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
8. The product to be returned must comply with the conditions specified in Article 10 "Right of Withdrawal" and Article 11 "Products That Cannot Be Returned" of the Distance Sales Contract.
9. Please carefully inspect the product when receiving it from the courier. Do not accept products that are damaged or defective in transit, and return them with a report prepared with the courier.
10. Some of our products are hygienic products, and once their packaging is damaged, their return is not possible according to laws.
11. To create a return request, it is sufficient to send a message including the order number, return request, and the reason for the return.
12. In cases where a product return is necessary for any reason, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice and delivery note.
13. You can return or exchange your design product purchased from Yesh Jewellery within 14 days in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials and tags intact.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. If the packaging is opened by the BUYER, returning the product is not legally permissible due to health and hygiene regulations.
• Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom orders: Products specially prepared or designed according to the BUYER's requests or personal needs.
• Products with custom modifications: Products that have been altered in size or design according to the BUYER's requests.
• Yesh Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges for products showing any signs of wear, use, or alteration from their original condition.
• Products with damaged labels, packaging, or boxes.
• Products that cannot be resold.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends, according to regulations.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days for purchases made through our online site, in accordance with the distance sales contract.
• For products that are eligible for return (excluding the PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED described above), the return process will begin once our experts have inspected the product(s) and deemed them suitable for return.
• To initiate a return, you must send an email to info@yeshjewellery.com with your order number and the reason for the return request. Our experts will review your request and inform you of the next steps.
• Return transactions can only be processed by our online store if the return conditions are met.
• The product to be returned must be sent back to Yesh Jewellery in its original packaging, along with the invoice and any promotional items, without any damage and within the specified period.
• We recommend that you send your return/exchange items via registered mail. The customer is responsible for the products until they are received by Yesh Jewellery, and the return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any loss during transit.
• After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period. Our team will provide you with detailed information about the process.

• The shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the BUYER (Consumer). During the refund process, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• During the return shipment, the BUYER (Consumer) is responsible for any damage, deterioration, or similar devaluation that may occur to the product and the accompanying documents and materials, due to reasons attributable to the shipping companies or the BUYER.
• After the return is received, the product price will be refunded within 14 days, and if the order was placed using a credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card, minus the shipping costs.
Default and Legal Consequences
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that in case of default in credit card payments, they will pay interest and be responsible to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank. In this case, the respective bank may take legal action and claim any incurred expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER. In any case, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, they agree to compensate the SELLER for any damages and losses incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
Payment and Delivery
You can make payments on our site using your credit cards, with options for a single online payment or online installment plans. The interest amount for installment payments is the responsibility of the BUYER. In online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
